Shipping and handling

The CHANCE ships all over the world. To put your mind at ease, we provide all packages with a tracking number. Orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL, SF Express, Hong Kong SpeedPost or Local Express Courier, depending on the shipping address. 

Free shipping on orders with regular priced items over USD 350. Not applicable to discounted, sale products.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Please allow us up to 2 business days to process your order. 

The shipping costs and transit time may vary depending on your location. 

HONG KONG, CHINA, TAIWAN & MACAU

On orders to Hong Kong, China, Taiwan and Macau,  a fix rate of USD 5 will be charged; via signed for services by SF Express. Transit time would be 1 - 3 business days. 

ASIA region

On orders to Asia region including South Korea, Japan, Indonesia, Thailand or any others USD 17 will be charged; via signed for services by Hong Kong Speedpost, SF Express and DHL - depending on your location. Transit time would be 1 - 5 business days.

INTERNATIONAL
International secure signed for – USD 25 - All orders outside Southeast Asia are sent via secure signed for courier service by Hong Kong Speedpost, SF Express, Fedex and DHL - depending on your location. Estimated transit time would be 3- 7 business days over Europe, Austrialia and North American. For other countries, the accurate transit times available after the order shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.

If you do not receive tracking confirmation after 5 business days from the day you completed your payment, please contact us at help@thechanceofficial.com   with your order number for more information.
