RETURN Policy

Selected items can be returned within 7 days from the date you received your order. All returned merchandise must be in NEW/ORIGINAL and resalable condition with all tags and original packaging attached. We will not accept any items that are not in this condition.

FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. 

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We will not provide return labels or refund shipping fees. Please ensure all returned items are well packaged. Return packages are the customer's responsibility until they are received by us. It is recommended that you take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning your package. We will not be responsible for items that are damaged or lost in the return delivery process.

If the item you received is INCORRECT, MISSING, or DEFECTIVE, please contact us within 7 days from the date you received your order. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references upon receiving your package.

The CHANCE reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post so we recommend using a tracked service and obtaining proof of postage.For any enquiries please email help@thechanceofficial.com with your Order ID. 

Returns that are damaged, or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Our company reserve the right to decide if the merchandise is in condition for exchange or refund. 

Exchanges

We are unable to offer exchanges, however we do accept returns. We ask that you return the original merchandise for a refund and proceed to place a new order for the appropriate item.


Refunds

A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
